Hi Heidi. I believe I have always had this issue with balances showing in AR in Axxess for Medicare episodic billing. Until recently, the reports had the ability to filter by status so I would just exclude PAID, PROCESSED AS PRIMARY or any other staus' that I did not want to see balances. They have done updates to most of these AR reports and now you cannot filter out status'. These aged AR reports have been a problem for a long time now. The only thing you can do is have customer support create a ticket for what you need the software to do and then keep checking back on the progress by calling in with the ticket number periodically. I wouldn't expect it to get done very fast.
