To help us better with continuing education of home health aides is if Axxess can incorporate the many education topics and subjects of home health care as required by federal and state regulations (which are all very similar) and with recording and providing reports of completion by the aides, and certificates for the aides. I think if this was recorded in Axxess obtaining reports would be easier to function as agency especially when this type of documentation is requested by a state surveyor for example. So of course this would further ensure the education of the aides with administrative notification of completing education requirements. This would also enhance the selling point of Axxess to other agencies and administrators.
So if there was an education presentation for each subject topic that the aide was required to complete with some questions afterwards or interactive as it is presented for about 1 hour maybe. Over the course of the year home health aides are required to complete a total of 12 hours in the state of Indiana and should be documented.
Anything to make the administrative position easier is always better. So I hope the development department can look into something like this.
Thanks for reading. I hope this was a good idea.
