I honestly don't think Axxess listens to anything it's customers request. I had to call more than 10 times to get the "Recent Updates" (under the "Help" tab) updated. Now it's 2 months old again.. and no updates... although there is obviously an update today...
Why is this so difficult? Take requests from customers, meet with your staff, and implement the basic requests that help everyone FIRST.
Instead it seems that Axxess just does what it wants to do, with little or no concern for it's customers. We STILL can't search our messages... we've asked for this 100 times or more over years. Just put a search function in... How could this request fall on deaf ears? It will obviously help everyone, it's simple, and basic; and should have been done years ago.
Anyone creating anything knows that you always make sure your basics are in place before you add new features.
- We can't search messages
- We can't search messages
- LUPA and Outlier rates are ALL incorrect.. meaning ALL accounting in Axxess is incorrect... You want to balance your books? Don't use Axxess... it can't
- Electronic Signatures do NOT work with the payroll function. We are left printing a report and cross referencing everything... A simple status change showing that there's a little green house on the payroll would do nothing but help all agencies..
- Again... Updates... if you're going to update Axxess... tell us! show the changes in the recent updates section... they are no longer "recent" updates if you don't list them for 6 months
Now for a few more advanced requests:
OASIS M00 items should show the previous answer. For example, while completing the first Recertification OASIS questions the answers from the SOC OASIS should show. This allows clinicians and staff to see improvement or decline LIVE... as they answer.
Allow us to batch post all payments. Axxess cannot be a viable option for a company with 1000 patients if every single remittance has to be manually posted one at a time.
Take away the 50+ tasks that appear when trying to select between the 4 that you actually use. This is a SIMPLE change that again would help everyone. I've seen multiple requests for this... no action...
Each discipline should have a different color on the calendar. Having a purple square that represents "multiple disciplines" serves no purpose but to confuse everyone and make us all unsure about frequencies; forcing us to mouse-over multiple purple squares to determine if the frequency is correct.
Permissions for Users are a mess. Show us what permissions are restricted when we choose a users role... without this we are left guessing..
