Try to Ticketing System in the Help Center also… Hopefully someone from Axxess has seen your plea for help and responded to you already!
As far as changing POC date–it will come from OASIS so check the Profil, then refresh OASIS and also in the Manage Episode section in the Schedule Center (under Actions).–this is in the AgencyCore program.
