Course Description
Are clinicians in your organization prepared to achieve positive clinical outcomes, document in a compliant manner and maximize reimbursement for wounds? An increasing number of patients are discharged with wounds, and clinical staff must be prepared to competently recognize and manage their wounds. Wound care reimbursement and compliance are driven by appropriate documentation, utilizing accurate identification and assessment of wound type, monitoring the interventions administered, and the outcomes achieved.
Attending this series of webinars will not only prepare clinical staff to understand how to recognize and classify wound types and their etiology, but learn best practices in the management and documentation of wounds to achieve positive clinical outcomes and enhance reimbursement. In this era when efficiency and quality outcomes are rewarded, it is critical for clinicians to be equipped for success.
