Budgeting Based on Your Past, Budgeting for Your Future
Budgeting is one of the essential components that must be incorporated into every Home Healthcare and Hospice provider's strategic planning. A large majority of these agencies are not using all of their available resources to maximize the benefits of the budgeting process. This seminar demonstrates how agencies can build a working budget model that includes historical and continuous data tracking. This will provide both benchmarks and organizational trends allowing for executive management to generate realistic organizational goals in order to improve financial performance.

Senior Consultant
Mike Simione is a Senior Consultant at Simione Healthcare Consultants. In his role as a Senior Consultant Michael assists Home Health and Hospice providers with developing internal clinical and financial dashboards to provide internal benchmarks. Michael also has experience in developing working budget models allowing executive management to monitor financial performance on a monthly basis. Michael has an MBA from Quinnipiac University and currently works out of Phoenix, AZ.
